Design a letter and report template in MS Word docx using existing logos

Hi, I have logos in .psd format and require two document templates to be produced in MS Word docx format;
- Letterhead template to send formal correspondence to a client in a docx format. I have an existing template with an old format of our logo for reference attached that needs to be updated to use the new logo (see attached .psd), new email address and new location at minimum. Letter template needs to and from addresses, body, reference to ABN, email address, location (Sydney, Australia) and an area for attachments. Please insert generic text so I can see how the overall document would look. I would also like to use a more modern style than the one attached which can then be used for the report template as well.
- Report template for writing formal reports in a docx format. It would require modern/positive cover page (with version, date, author, doc name in word doc fields), contents page (that can handle headers, tables, pictures) and body with numbered headings down to level 4 at minimum. Please insert generic text so I can see how the overall document would look.
All to be produced using the same 3 colours in the logo.
Red = 237, 28, 36 or #ED1C24
Dark Red = 190, 30, 45 or #BE1E2D
Grey = 167, 169, 172 or #A7A9AC
Any new photoshop content to be provided in .psd files as well as the 2* docx files.
If you are not an advanced user of MS word and have good examples of modern designs please don't bid for this project.
