Design and develop an IOS game (READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY)

This game MUST be compatible with iphone and ipad. Design and build a game like mod nation racers, mario kart or fun run. This is a 2D game, running from either left to right or from bottom to top. There should be power-ups along the way from start to finish for the user to gain or have some powers e.g. shoot a rocket to opponent, shield to protect from anything etc. The requirements are as follows: - 5 maps - Cute Cars/Person, able to add stuff to differentiate from other cars/person, e.g. designs (decals), bigger exhaust, person wearing a cape, different uniform etc. - Power ups - rockets (hit opponents causing the car to flip), shield (protect from anything), speed up (2 secs dash), machine guns (to slow opponents, once hit) etc. - The graphics should be cute type. - Able to play single player or multi-players (2,4,6,8). - There should be a ranking system within the game. - This game should be integrated with facebook and the users should be able to race against friends. - There should be a progress bar of the user's position below. The person MUST provide advice to improve game play, and publishing the game on Appstore. You must give me at least 1 day to test the game to make sure it is of satisfactory condition. Upon completion of the project, I should have full copyrights of the game including but not limited to the following: design, images, audio, game codes. Note: I DO NOT have any graphics or UI available. I have the concept of how this game should be played. The freelancer is expected to provide the graphics and audio for the game.
