Design a competition chart

I want a competition chart something like Bilboard but looking different. [login to view URL] What I need is two responsive tables with 10 rows each. Put those tables in separate forms. Here is what I need for tables: First table will show chart. Constant row elements: -Song name -Band name (link) -Position -Movement sign (up, down or no change) -Award sign (same for all rows, on hover will be shown award information) -Play sign (link) On hover over row should be shown following elements -Last week position (number) -Best position (number) -Weeks on chart -Award type (sponsor award, editor award, crowd award, Judges award). Actually chart positions are calculated by votes plus bonus points for editor, sponsor and judges choice. So I need award for any of these. I imagine this as image plus text. Images can be different for each award. And the second form is for voting. It will look exactly as first but without hover functionality and with following elements only. -Song name -Band name (link) -Position -Play sign (link) The rows in this form should reorder by drag and drop with mouse. Mouse icon should be changed when moving row. I'll appreciate creativity and simplicity in design. Each table should have its own form. And every form should have a big visible title "my site top 10" and sub title "10-16 August 2015". Titles should look the same for both forms. Feel free to suggest different looking layout than mine. What I need is all elements to persist in the final design. The goal is user to understand what is the purpose of each form with one sight. What I'll expect is: -cool design for tables and form titles. -working html/JavaScript code. I do not need any php code.
