Design a Travel Company Flyer

We need a unique one sided flyer that differs to existing templates promoting our holiday specials that we can then add or edit text and jpg images ourselves in Microsoft 2013 Publisher. Version 1: There should be a headline banner for the destination, allowance for "general" text, and then a "list" for inclusions. The bottom should have an area where both our company logo and our affiliate travel agent's logos can be added.
Version 2: Three products or destinations flyer including image for each, general text, and list of inclusions.
Text, images, and logo will be provided for sample flyer to be designed, following which, once the final design is agreed and accepted, we will require a template we can then change the text and images ourselves in Publisher prior to saving as PDF.
