Design and Prototype an animation on the Web/Browser

I am looking for a freelancer to animate a wave using code for me (please see the attached PDF) Milestone 1: Make a flat blue line animate upwards into a wave. Make the animation stop at every screen, and by pressing the arrow key ( -> ), the animation will continue to the next step. Milestone 2: Make the wave crash, and slide to the left, causing 3 smaller waves/ripples to come out of the crashing wave Milestone 3: Add particles to the wave to make it look more realistic.
