Hello! I need help to design a professional and great looking email newsletter template to send to my clients once a month. The newsletter will be sent to a diverse list of people including real estate agents, homeowners, potential and past clients etc. on behalf of my mortgage broker business. I am an individual mortgage broker working at the largest brokerage in my city and the topics will include mortgage news, home ownership finance, personal finance, etc. While the majority of our business deals with mortgages, we also provide life insurance, leasing, and unsecured loans. The newsletter template should be designed in a way that is engaging and that I am able to work with it to feature different types of content that includes: --Feature length educational articles to discuss specific mortgage regulations and features. --Video tutorials that I will create on Youtube. --Links to 3rd party content including newspaper articles, lender and insurance websites, and lender articles. --A section to prompt readers to "Ask Me About..." which will provide a call to action to click a link to fill out an application or send me an email to ask about different products. --Sections to promote Facebook page, YouTube channel, Website, etc. I would like to work with someone who can provide new ideas and is willing to go back and forth to make this a collaborative project. I have tried many different templates and have not found the perfect design that looks professional, modern, fresh, and also includes a lot of useful content. Once we discuss more details, I will also provide you with links to our different websites for content as well as some logos and graphics we can use.
