Design and Develop new Joomla Site

This is eve website

To create a cool, vibrant dynamic social type website.

All content will be dynamically created.

CCP Games have created am API that allows people to get information about the the real world of the game, and happenings in almost realtime

Based in the type of information that you would find in the API and on the Dotlan site. I would like my site to get this information and dynamically render the site with exciting content, pictures, media etc. people will then be able to comment on such content.

* so for example if a major corp leaves an alliance the site would automatically show this via the info from the api, it would show the corp/alliance logos, some content and titles and perhaps a random but related picture, based on a number of pictures available just to mix it up a little

* so you may have 10 pictures relating to corps leaving alliances and it would randomly pick one of those automaticially to post as content if that makes sense

So there is some design of the site needed, but also some development to bring in the content or data from the api.

This is quite lightweight in spec, and would need more thoughts and discussions.
