I need a creative developer & designer who can write code in ionic. All the angular js logic per-written but the UI using ionic is not build so need a developer cum designer who is very much skilled in html/css & ionic. It will be good if you can write some JS code but we can write it for you, we need a expert who can create beautiful design and apply them in html/css on ionic components. If you see my work its made in pure AngularJS HTML CSS and I am working on the ionic app for the same. So i guess i can help you with your project. and deliver in under 10 days. And seeing that you need maps api also to be included in your app, I want you to know that I have worked extensively with angular based GMAP ui. Rest of the pages are just design.
