Design + Content for Woocommerce Store - Fulltime - Prefer USA Freelancer

I am seeking to hire a web developer/designer to use for many projects and essentially bring on full time if talented enough. This will be a 1 time project to test your skill set and it will lead to many other sites for our company and more. We managed over 35 sites alone for our internal use. We are wanting to take our existing-in-progress site [login to view URL] and finish it. It already has a theme installed, but needs cleaned up and finished content pages and store layout. We also need top quality sliders and excellent SEO friendly content for static pages.
