Need to design a minimalistic banner of size 4X6 feet about LASIK operation for Disha Eye hospital in Kolkata.

The banner should be of a white background with specs shown as handcuffs and with a tagline "Freedom from specs" and Disha Lasik written below, which has to be in bengali script.
