Timeline Duration: 2 Weeks – • Final work product completion by July 22nd, 2015 • Require agile methodology to actively work with the client to produce screens Purpose Intel is seeking a quote for the services of a qualified mobile application user interface designer to produce screens for a Smart Clip Baby Monitoring System. The Smart Clip is affixed to an infant’s car seat and tethered wirelessly to a mobile device. The system is designed to notify the caregiver of potential neglect in order to prevent infant fatality. The system will notify the caregiver whenever the user has moved outside of the bounding radius of the Smart Clip while leaving the child in the car seat for a period of time or the environmental conditions in the vehicle are hazardous to the child (e.g. high temperature). Scope of Project The Smart Clip application will provide the following features: • Display connection status of Smart Clip(s) • Negligence notification to notify the user of harmful environment to the infant • Current temperature display for each Smart Clip, given temperature may vary on the side of a car closest to the Sun • Low battery notification Additional User Interface Requirements • Enable user to pair the mobile device to the Smart Clip with minimal steps during initial setup. • Enable user to tether the mobile application to one or more Smart Clip devices simultaneously. • Provide the user with a quick concise way to view information from each Smart Chest clip without having to open the application. • Enable user to select their notification preferences, including list other 3rd parties to be notified in-case of an emergency.
