Create several small images to be used in a racing game UI

I need roughly 15 small images creating for a racing game, these images will be buttons for the game (left, right, gas, brake, nitro, camera angle, pause and respawn), a two small rectangle background images and an icon border for level select images. A .png of the current UI will be given so the right candidate can see the work to be done and all images must be provided in single .png and .psd documents. Examples of all work to be replaced is attached. Please provide a portfolio and remember this is to be for a racing game.
