Create a 100% original, royalty-free bootstrap template

I am building a small back-end application that it is intended to be sold with a commercial license. I need an expert UX designer to develop for me a single page template made with bootstrap. It is very important that your design is ORIGINAL, and if you are going to use any third party asset, it is mandatory that it does not have any kind licensing issue, as I said, this will be part of a commercial product, and as such I need to have full permission to distribute it. Let me emphasize that the design must be original, remember that copying other's work it is against Freelancer's terms of service! The second important requirement I have, is that the template must be easy to make themes out of it. This is, I need the same template to be available in 6 different colors, with just changing the CSS on the header. The colors I expect to be able to change is the header color, the alternate cells, and any other color you use on it. Attached you will find a mockup with the concept I want. In order for your bid to be reviewed, you must write in your bid the color of the header I used in the mockup. If you fail to provide this information, your bid will be ignored. Generic bids will be turned down on the spot. I am expecting as deliverables an HTML5 file, 6 CSS files, and the bootstrap library files (unless yo use the CDN link to bootstrap).
