Create multi step jquery form with validation

Need to create a MODAL based multipstep form for my website. When user logs in for first time, He/She will be displayed a modal multistep form to fill out his/her basic profile and 5 images, before they are able to use the site. First step will be some basic input fields, next step will be some dropdowns, then next step will be some textareas, next step will be some checkboxes, then final step will be to upload 5 photos.. I will provide all necessary fields. Must employ latest techniques and validation for all fields. I want to make this first as standalone for demo, as I myself am a php developer I will integrate this into my existing site once it is complete and working. The form data should successful post via ajax to a php page and return data info for testing purposes. This is an extremely urgent job and must be available to start right now. This job should take ~ 6 hours. If you have done this before that is a plus. Do not respond unless you can start right now and be complete by 10pm EST.
