Create additional webpages for Adept Driver Training

Hi, I have a Wordpress website online that had been worked on by another Freelancer. The site is live however I require: - amendments to the existing site be completed, and - the creation of a "secure area" to be created so students can access educational material that has to be uploaded. - creation of pages for showing embedded Youtube videos I will be creating over the next few months ANY person or company bidding on this job MUST have in depth experience with Wordpress, developing an online shopping basket, attaching high quality videos , amending an existing facility to a chatline, and be able to have clients click on a button on the site to directly contact my mobile number in Australia from their PC (if this is possible). The winning bidder MUST use TimeTracker. The last Freelancer I employed I believe was (after a relationship of over six months) changing me for many hours work for completing the smallest of tasks (links to other pages). I now have an appreciation as to how long tasks take when working on Wordpress sites. If the Freelancer (that wins this job) does the right thing by me there will never be a problem with payment, and the relationship will remain indefinite as I am constantly changing this, and another of my websites. Cost is a major factor and I must be provided with daily updates as to the ongoing cost of the project. The winning bidder will not be chasing me for payment as all invoices will be paid immediately. Communication between us is a high priority and I check Freelancer about three times a day.
