I need someone to create a colourful, 4-page TEMPLATE to be used for a Health & Safety monthly newsletter that will be sent out electronically to a list of clients. Each month, I want to be able to put the current date on the template, including a Volume and Issue number. I need to have the front page designed so that 1/2 of the page is devoted to a current month topic and that the other pages are in two or 3 columns and be able to post pictures for each new article. I want the last page to be able to list upcoming training dates for Health & Safety courses and to list the company's information (address/phone, etc.). The template has to be able to be edited on a monthly basis and designed in either Word or Publisher (2010 version or earlier).

Thanks for considering my bid for your project. Your project stood out to me as my father works in Health and Safety (currently in Australia) and I have been involved, albeit as a lay observer, in his work since I was a kid. I have significant previous experience of working with MS Office, specifically Word and Publisher, as I am employed during the day as an ICT teacher in a large academy in the east of the UK. I have created templates for various print-based projects as part of my daytime role and also teach these same skills to both students and adult colleagues. Thanks for your time.
