Create Print and Packaging Designs

We need an outer box packaging and bottle label (including logo) designed and drawn for our beauty product (a natural oil). We have strong concepts of what we'd like and need some help and creative input to translate these concepts to final artwork.
The product will be on sale in the UK market, and is aimed at people looking for pure and simple high-end beauty products, who are interested in where their products come from/what impact they have on the environment. We're looking for someone with an excellent eye for high quality brands as well as good communication and time available to complete the project within a couple of weeks if possible.
