Hi, My name is Jin. I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. I have extensive experience with PHP, Javascript, Three.js. D3.js & MySQL. Your requirement is for a online card designer where the user may select from a template based design and then customised the look and text to suit their needs. You require the design too to be similar to the link you posted. The tool may use canvas or SVG as it's base element. The finalised design will then be priced and process by the site. I am assuming this project only requires the tool only not including the shopping cart. I can do all the above easily. I have written a whiteboard animation app that uses drag and drop functions to add text and images on a design area. This app is much more complex than what you require. I am currently working on a 2D design tool with user image, cropping and SVG image overlays. The cropped 2D image is then projected to a 3D model surface. This is also a more complex app than what you require.
