Build a website

Need a website designed for my startup business, we sell energy drinks. Here's a list of things I need; 1) an opening flash animation on the homepage, preferably 3 minutes long, detailing my energy drink's benefits 2) 2-3 pages of testimonials from people whom have had the energy drink. When you click on the person's testimonial, it should launch a video of the person (you will be shooting the video and editing it) 3) 12 pages of content for the website (need it custom java-coded, you will be coding this) 4) A custom-built social media page, in the same style as Facebook. Users should be able to add friends, upload photos, leave comments, etc. 5) Need an interactive store section built. The user should be able to click and zoom in on a t-shirt, rotate it. I want a live-video feed built in of the store. You will be coding this as well. 6) Need a logo designed. I need 3 options to choose from, must be dynamic. I need to see sketches, I'll pick which ones I like 7) Need additional 12 pages of content, each page is going to be custom java/PHP. I will provide you a more detailed list of what I'm looking for 8) Need business cards designed/t-shirts/and some video footage shot.
