Build an online based catering management system

We have a catering company and we need to solve an issue with our daily orders. Currently we are receiving a lot of orders via email, online and through suppliers. This is a logistical nightmare which leaves us open to alot of human error. We want to build our own catering management system based on existing offering out there but scaled back. The application will be online based which we will sign [login to view URL] will allow us to add new customers, orders, invoice to XERO our accounting system and print out reports for production so that our kitchen and sandwich makers have an efficient run sheet to make our products.
