Build a lottery Website

I am looking for a web developer who will be able to produce a lottery platform similar to freemojilottery.com. To better understand the needs of the required work, please visit the site. Sign up and use the website, once you have a good understanding of how it works, the following information will make more sense. This website will require 1 Landing page and 5 authenticated pages The project will require backend development or use of already developed plugins to provide a means of collecting unique numbers which will be used as the customer's lottery ticket. The below features are required: - The lottery platform will then pick a random winning number each day (1 in 8mil chance / 1 - 8000000). - If the no user has the winning number, then the entry closest to the winning number will win a 2nd place prize. - 2 prizes for users. 1 Major prize if you get the exact series of numbers which the random generator produces. 1 2nd place prize for entering the closest numbers to the random winning numbers - Players/users will only win if they have the winning numbers AND if they revisit the website to 'claim' their winnings. They will only see the 'claim' buttons if they have chosen the winning numbers. - Daily Prize: User can enter each day between 12am - 11:59pm - Daily Draw: Winning ticket/numbers will be drawn at the end of everyday. Players will then have 24 hours to claim their prize. - The user starts off with 1 entry. The user is able to refer the website to others to receive more entries. eg. if the user invites 5 people who all participate, the user will be able to enter 6 times each day and therefore have a greater chance of winning. A referral system is required - when signing in for the first time, the user must pick their series of numbers. Only once they do, they can continue creating an account. After they create the account, they must confirm their email before participating in the lottery. - Current entries for that day must be shown on the site (on playing page and its own page) - Past winning numbers and winners must be shown on the site (Its own page) - Email reminders will need to be sent daily - Site must be Adsense ready as advertising will be its main revenue stream. Mockups will show where ads may be placed. - Facebook integration: Comments from the business facebook page must be shown on both the landing page and playing page. - When a player claims their prize, the website will ask them for their paypal email so the site admins can send the prize money. a link to signup to paypal must be presented also. - Prize payments do not need to be automated for the first release. site admins can pay manually. - Can be a static site or wordpress. It must be easy to manage and administer. I have attached wireframes of the Landing and main Playing page (which you can only access if you are signed in). I have more mockups and story maps of the webite and solution. I will only show to the freelancers who I think can perform the job.
