Base rate calculator ($) = mileage x multiplier (will need to set a minimum and change the multiplier value if greater than "x value" miles. see sample article at: [login to view URL]). Additional multipliers (%) = Driver Tip/Gratuity, Tax1, Tax2, STC, fuel surcharge. Conditional fixed amount ($): Airport terminal parking, Domestic arrivals Flights, International arrivals flights, Early Morning Pickup Surcharge (Midnight ~ 6 AM), child car seats, Major holiday surcharge.
