We are of 3 in team size. We would like you to suggest the Drupal 7.34 framework of PHP which supports several in build functionality as well as custom functionality. The home page will be done putting some blocks and active menus. There should be have a design effort. The home page will be done in 1.5 days. But the main functionality should take 15 days. Then 0.5 day is required to carry the unit testing. This is the short estimation of this project. We also need the content which will be visible in the website.
