Build a Website that is SEO optimized

We are a B2C business selling house and land investment packages in Australia The website is to be very professional: It should have 5 pages in total and needs to include a form to capture customer information / requests for a quote. This should be accessible from multiple areas, on the site. It should also have a link to provide a free property report. basically, if possible I would like my site to look and operate like this [login to view URL] (please scroll through a few pages and see how the words appear as the page scrolls down) It will also have very similar content. Needs so have similar professional graphics created over the 5 pages. As you can see this is not an average website. If need be I am willing to pay more then the price, but would have to be a webpage that works and feels like the one above. The website must: - be optimized for mobile -be optimized for SEO (please tell us what kind of SEO packages you can offer or recommend) Note: SEO optimisation is not the priority, but rather the professional feel (both would be good) I would be looking to send through the info along with some sketches (very dodgy sketches) which I was hoping to be transformed into great professional graphics. Also, I would like to be able to have the content update easily (change words add photos, add extra page ect) at a small price. I need this to easily operate on basic hosting sites. (site I have used in the past crazy domains and go daddy) If the type of content will not allow a basic hosting provider please advise and recommend how best to host.
