Build a Website

Hi, I would like to have a website which I can hire people to annotate some images. By annotating I mean they will be able to define each object in the image e.g. a car by clicking on the border line of the object to create a polygon of that object. I also would like them to put only one bounding box around the object. After finishing annotating the images. The images will be saved and will not be changed until I will review them. If they have done a proper job, I will pay them based on an agreed amount money. The annotated data will be saved in .xml files. I have already a software which does the job , but it is in my computer e.i. offline and it is written in Python. I will ease the job considerably to use this tool and modify it to become a web-based tool. It is a small project, but it has the potential to be expanded to an Android app. All images and annotated data are saved in a server. The images can not be downloaded by annotators. I need a web-based tool which gives a number of images to annotators after they have logged into their accounts. Then they will be asked either to do images segmentation (putting ploygons around each defined object class e.g. car, persons, cats,...) or to do object detection (putting bounding boxes around objects (rotated and not rotated bounding boxes depending on our demands). After the annotation for each image is done, the annotator saves the image and can not modify that again until I have reviewed that. If the annotation is acceptable, a specific amount of money will be added to their wallet account and when this wallet balance reaches a minimum threshold, the annotators can demand their balance and that amount of money will be transferred to their Paypal or Master Card or VISA card account.
