We need a website and app which provides the following
Each member whilst logged in on the app should be shown in real time on a map with gps data and either hover with a mouse of single click "quick view" of that members profile.
A members only website with monthly fee, and have scalable pricing plans for additional users on the same account.
profile matching with notifications when there is a local match,
web based admin for example if mr A has something that he needs doing he can post it via the admin panel with specifics and when there is a match mr B will receive a notification and with a click on the app be able to call or message directly.
app must be fully live also
if mr A and mr B decide to complete the transaction it will automatically be forwarded to mr B with all of the details and once received on the app on click to open google maps "satnav" and take him there
I have no programming knowledge but I do know Exactly what I need, I would prefer to work with somebody who I can explain what I need it to do in my terminology and via a call if possible.
