Build Website Social services

Introduction: I sell social services like YouTube views etc, i need to upscale my market by creating a new website. What is needed: -You will need to design the website to make it look beautiful -The homepage will need to include information such as clients served, packages ordered, current orders in the system (These need to be a counter that constantly goes up in random intervals and never goes down, once the website takes off i'll make it a live counter so that information does need to be stored somewhere) -Other pages that you can see without being a member include About us, Prices, Contact us -Users will be able to create an account (login/register/forgot password etc) -After users register their account, they will also need to be automatically signed up for my mail chimp account, they will be able to view the Add Order page and a profile editor. -The add order page will go to a page that has sub buttons such as Add Order, Pricing, My Profile, Deposit funds & logout and under these buttons there will be a table saying My Submissions with the columns labeled: Date Added, Submission Title ,Service, Wanted amount, Start count, Status (Example in photos) - The actual add service page will have a list with services such as, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram so on and so on, once selected Users can pick sub services for example if they clicked Youtube they can now pick from Likes, Dislikes and views, they will then complete a form stating the url of the video and the quantity of views or what ever service they clicked on, the form needs to tell them the increments they can order in, for example if they wanted YouTube likes they can only add a minimum of 50 likes and in increments of 50 likes, failed to meet the circumstance the website will give them an error. -Once they pick an order and proceed to checkout the system needs to check if they have deposited funds into their account if they have not they will be prompt to add funds via paypal -Add Funds page: When clicking on the deposit funds page there will be a popup message with paypal a paypal logo and an area where they can enter in how much they'd like to add to their account with a minimum of $10 as a requirement, through this they will then proceed to paypal in the currency USD and pay, once paid te ammount will be added to their account and view able next to their name (Example in images) -Admin section, there will need to be an admin section where I can login and edit: Categories, Sub categories (categories and sub categories include, adding or deleting items, editing titles, prices, quantities and images, changes made to the prices will automatically update on the price page viable to the public), edit user data (name, email, funds), submissions (submissions should have an area where i can see submitted services and add a status to them so it will update in the member section when a member is checking on their order e.g In Progress, Complete, Waiting confirmation) -Submissions: When a user successfully submits an order I will be emailed with the details of the order so I can get to work, the member will then see their order in the My Submissions section Payment terms: I will not release milestones until I am completely happy with the site and it's finished. I will deposit the milestones when requested but only release all the funds when the website is completely done.
