Build a Website_Hani Store and Services

*** QUOTE NEEDED ASAP AND BEFORE 18 SEPT *** Hello, A start-up business needs a reputable, reliable and strong company to carry out design, developing and deploying the following website. 1. Arabic website. 2. Fully responsive and works on all platforms/devices/browsers. 3. Creative and unique design. 4. Website is intended for selling products and providing services. The site owner wants to have 4 main tabs: a) Tab A: Order Online: User will not have to register, all he has to do is select the category for the product he wants to order then he selects the “fields” for the needed product e.g. name, size, quantity, color, make, model … etc and then sends the form. Then, site owner will receive the order request and process the order by searching his own collection OR the web and then replies to user VIA WHATSAPP and notifies him/her that the product is available for 123 price. This TAB A is basically like a “broker” so client will do the search for the product and reply to user via What`s App. b) Tab B: Booking and Tours: same as above but this will be for Tours and travels only. c) Tab C: Direct Selling: client will post details for products and user can view and read more about product then user can order and make payment. We need for this categories, sub-categories and then products and details. Also, we need archiving products and even “search tool” for this section. And we need support for all known payment methods i.e. Credit Card, Boku, PayPal, 2Checkout… etc. d) Tab D: Selling Used Items: Same as Tab C but different section. And note all users can attach image for product or tour or any service in the site. For example a user doesn`t know the name for a watch so by sending the image the site owner will know what the watch name/mark is and will search for the same. Also, a user might not know the name for an island so he sends image and site owner will search and know it and reply. 5. Delivery: client will handle this and deliver products himself. If you have any suggestions for this ok, it might be good but he told me he will take care of it. 6. Admin: we need a fully functional admin system to allow owner to create admins and assign them rights to manage different features of the site e.g. pages, modules.. etc 7. Since client will rely heavily on WhatsApp to communicate with users. How can we make him benefit more from WhatsApp? I mean is there an API for WhatsApp which will allow us to make the site more useful and engaging?? 8. Links Social Network. 9. Reliable hosting and domain registration.
