This is a large project. We are not only looking for someone to build this site but someone who may be able to handle a heavy load of monthly websites and graphic design. You MUST be a skilled programmer. SmartReach intends to add many more features to this site in the future as well. The site will allow users to begin account which are tied to our automatic processing system; they will be billed the monthly fee and may also add single items from the site.
