C# or VB.net that run in Visual Studio 2013. 2) Interface: Support both web page and mobile app, and with bootstrap 3.3.4 and utilize Ajax. 3) Has tab like interface to record different type of information for employee. Fields allow to add/edit/remove with grouping by 12 types (tables), including store and show the photos of the employee. 4) Each employee record could be add/edit/Archive (no remove). 5) Search and pdf report functions. 6) Administrator and user access control. 7) A specific form as background to enter the new employee or allow print existing record that put on the specific form. 8) Windows AD login. 9) Act as a DotNetNuke extension. 10) Email notification to user and employee of monthly/annually information verification that due for the record.
