Build a Website

We require a website that does financial calculations on home loans (mortgage repayments). Users are required to register on the site. They can then input their home loan values (amount, interest rate, term of loan etc) and then the system must calculate repayment. These values must be stores in a database so that when the user returns, the values are displayed automatically. Further to this, the user must be able to apply various senarios on their repayment pattern. For example, increase repayment amounts, pay adhoc lumpsums, pay bi-weekly, etc. The values of the remaining term of the loan must be displayed graphically as a chart showing the reduction in loan amount over time, and also showing savings in time in money by applying any additional payments. Website must have a fresh and modern clean look and feel.
