Build a Website

I have an website for file transfer hosting. It is using yetishare theme called Ydesgin 1.2 as link [login to view URL]

I need someone to make those theme to work as file hosting website together with shareware/ freeware download hosting similar like filehippo, sourceforge, lo4d, cnet and other freeware / shareware download site. It's like dropbox featuring with filehippo in one site. All features that works as file hosting and as freeware/shareware center must be working.

Main focus of this website is for file hosting weather for free or paid user. Freeware/ shareware file are ready to download in website (at least 10k – 70k shareware/ freeware files), If it could update automatically would be appreciate. Forum is needed to build community. Here some suggestion for my footer [login to view URL] All of those button should be working with original theme.

Flow as I am planning how this website could work like this :-

User looking for free software to download such as avast anti-virus (website work as download freeware/ shareware center like sourceforge) – Go to my website – Searching for software – Find software – Download freeware/ shareware software – Wait for 5 second to download – Automatic download to their computer – Users will be offer to sign up to get free space (Website work as file hosting like dropbox) – Sign up (if user agree to sign up) – User get free space to upload their file – Upgrade to premium if they want more space.

I am working with tight budget. If any of you have an idea on how to make this website, please make an offer for me to consider. I'll guide you with drawing on .odt to make sure the website is perfect.
