"Member" A Member creates a profile. Is required to provide payment information and complete a questionnaire. The Member logs in and has access to various sections and each section will result in another list of questions and comments. When the Member completes the questionnaire they will be prompted for payment to open the Ticket. Once payment is completed the Ticket is New. "Professional" Professionals have access to the Tickets and respond/communicate with the Member through the website managed email. "Administrator" Administrators must be able to manage Member memberships and Professional memberships. (Delete, Communicate, Suspend..) The Administrator must be able to manage transactions/reimburse/pay professionals output reports Only responses with reference websites and access to experience functionality will be considered.
