Build a Website

i have this google sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HZYGigk5jQrV0hxFdwAE7hLo7_zv-rotsZHWigT5I9U/edit#gid=0 I woudl like to create something simple that does the same as that sheet does, but instead of using google sheets, the visitor posts his info(yellow boxes on sheet) they then select the building name(green box on sheet) and when they click submit, the exported data will look like the data i have on the sheet. i already have all of the formulas for calculation. i created that sheet. but i dont know how to query the database and post results into the site, based on formula.
