Build a Website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. The website will be for startup restaurant and the website will a customer to fill out a personal profile or import profile from a dating website or social media website. The profile would also include restaurant specific questions. After completing the profile, it would direct customer to putting credit card on file. After that, it would ask if they want to make a reservation and if they asnswer yes the website would suggest a date and time using profile information to match them with compatible diners. They could also select other date/ time or OPEN table which is a table for people who want to eat that day/time without need for compatibilty. The website must be linked restaurant billing system to bill credit card for that night's meal. Returning diners should be allowed to request to sit with another diner using their user name. It should have info about the restaurant including menu, hours, location, phone number and a direct way to chat to ask a question.
