I have looked at the sample website and I can definitely reproduce this layout very quickly. My design practices are very clear, and you will be able to understand and edit the website however you want in the future. In specifics, it looks like Bootstrap would be helpful for some of the visual elements, however I usually prefer to do the general layout without Bootstrap. The sliding hamburger menu is a nice feature and should be easy to replicate with a transform property on the main container.
