User login accounts:- Basic User Department manager location manager system admin systme must record all login times and pages access by any user. Location Manager:- Home screen-- =When user logins in he will be prosented with information such as who is currently clocked in at his location. =If there are any pending transfears from other locations to his which we can accept or reject. If he accepts then he must select the department within is location to assign the transfeared user. It will also show him the status of any users he has transfeared to other locations. once transfeare completed staus is removed from the window. Other features-- This user will be able to create a rota / timetable for any department within his location. He can edit any users details within his location. He has access to all PDF reports. Department manager:- Home screen -- =current users clocked in within their own department. =Will also see a list of staff timings which the department manager must accept reject or adjust. (These times in this window will be based on ones that do not match the created time table or the user has forgot to clock in or out.) Other features-- (most of these features are the same as the location manager only with filters applied to restrict it to the deparmtent managers department only.) This user will be able to create a rota / timetable for their department only. He can edit any users details within his department only. He has access to all PDF reports for his department only. Basic User:- Home Screen -- =Status window showing weather the upcoming weeks rota has been created or not. Other features-- (all features are the same as the department manager only with filters applied to restrict it to the user only.) = Can see their details only but cna not edit them = Can acces their departments timetable/ rota only and no other department or user = Can print their rota / timetable using pdf report. System admin:- This is the account in which managers the website. This user has unlimted acces to all locations/ sites and can create or edit anything. This user will also change any website peramaters such as assign the week numbers to the week numbers and create the new locations etc. This account can printer all pdf reports for any site etc. Other features explained in details:- Create timetable/ rota-- this is a table in which the department manager can input the start and stop times for each of their users for a given week. It also needs to have a drop down feild in which will contain things like holiday, lue, sick (this must pull from a table which system admin will mintain or change) This must also auto calcuate total hours assign to each user. It must also accep multiple shifts for the same day of the same week. for example 1 user can have 2 working patterens for the same day on same week. Import DBF files:- To get the actual true times you need to import from a dbf files and then compare to the timetable/ rota. When this takes place the website should have some automatic features which determins the departments manager home screen status window. such as allowed 15 minutes before or after timet able start time. please note the system shoul dhave an options to allow the user to clock in using a button on the website. (can be turned on or off in their user details profile by the department manager and upwards) Compare Actual times to timetable / rota :- When this takes place the website should have some automatic features which determins the departments manager home screen status window. such as allowed 15 minutes before or after timet able start time. it also needs to show the total actual hrs for each user and have a link back to their timetable hrs. It should show all the actual times and then have links to the created timetables so the manager can determin the diffrences also. PDF reports:- based on the time tbales and actual times from the files.
