Build a Website

This is an odd request, I have a project that I am looking for someone that is interested in securing a 10% stake in the venture. Its a market that is untapped at this point. The need is there, the infrastructure is there, I have the knowledge, format, design, sales, marketing, and launch processes. What I need is: 1. person to build website, 2. understand database integration within a website, 3. Server scaling, 4. loading rations and scaling, 5. once site built and function, launching a app to compliment the website. If this sounds interesting and you have the experience and knowledge to support such a project, reach out to me. I will require a non compete and confidentially document signed and notarized prior to any conversations. Domestically I am open to dialogs in person once proper documents are signed.
