What we need: - An online RMS that will enable us to advertise and manage opportunities. In the development we need 5 staff positions and institute recruitment to be advertised: o Legal counsel recruitment comprises of the final terms of reference/TOR (for all 3 positions) and 3 forms (all attached)  3 legal counsel recruitment forms for positions in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. The three legal counsel positions will be based in our partner organisations; FIDA Uganda, KELIN Kenya and WLAC Tanzania. These three ads need to be customised to include the relevant partner’s logo and ISLA logos. • The back end of the form will have to be linked to linked different set of emails. Thus when the applicant submits the completed application, it needs to be routed the following e-mail addresses, in this specific manner: o FIDA and ISLA o WLAC and ISLA o KELIN and ISLA o All of them should be directed to the network partner emails (FIDA, WLAC and KELIN) as well as ISLA’s email. o Network coordinator recruitment comprises of the final terms of reference/ Coordinator TOR and 1 form (all attached).  1 network coordinator position in South Africa. The network coordinator ad needs to only include ISLA’s logo.  The back end of the form needs to be routed to ISLA’s email o Legal Researcher recruitment comprises of the final terms of reference/ Legal Researcher TOR and 1 form (all attached).  1 Legal researcher position in South Africa. The Legal researcher ad needs to only include ISLA’s logo.  The back end of the form needs to be routed to ISLA’s email o The Violence Against Women and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Litigation Institute recruitment comprises of the call for application/background information and an application form (all attached).  The application form will only have ISLA’s logo.  The back end of the form needs to be routed to an ISLA email - This system will be required to plug into our current website [login to view URL] The two types of forms (staff recruitment and institution recruitment) will appear as follows on the site; staff recruitment under the main news feed as well as under the “Get Involved”/ employment opportunities section at the bottom, and the institute recruitment under the events plugin at the top. - These types of forms are an indication of the basic information that we hope to retrieve via the system. - Lastly you can click through an example, from Amnesty International of an interface that we want our online RMS to be modelled after. We want something similar designed and developed for ISLA. It also needs to be adapted to our CI and branding.
