In Italy at the end of each academic year students used to gather at school to sell their used books and with the money earned buy other used books that they were going to use for the upcoming year.
this website will create this same opportunity because:
- People save money and buy used books instead of acquiring new ones for no reason
- Students learn to take good care of their books in order to be able to sell them later
- They can save the environment by reusing books that are still academically functional
- In case someone is a senior student and doesn’t need them anymore he/she can donate them or sell
- This can be applied to both school and university students
The sole purpose of this website is for students to be able to post what book they would like to get “rid of” in order to have someone else purchase it. I wont be looking to make money out of people’s transactions because it will be totally free to use for subscribers. In case the web page gets traffic then I’ll make money out of commercials that are academic-related
