Build a Website

Simple website using php and MySQL with JQUERY to provide surveys (list of questions) to users. Mobile version using php, MySQL and Jquery for Mobile. Survey Answers are stored in MySQL. A mobile version of this website will be created using JQUERY for mobile and should work as a web app. BASIC STRUCTURE Backend/Admin: Survey Owners details can be added, deleted, edited Reports can be generated from survey results and emailed to survey owner according to CRON job schedule Actions can be applied to retrieve results in a number of ways and over a number of periods, results can also be retrieved in order to compare against other survey owners Survey Owner Area: Survey owner can edit, add, delete survey questions Survey owner can generate reports based on survey results Results report can be generated accorded to selected criteria e.g date period, users between specific ages, locations etc, Survey User: Survey user gets registered as a user in MySQL User details stored such as age, sex, location Survey user answers questions on survey Actions can be triggered using CRON jobs depending on survey results. This is a basic idea of what I require. I am familiar with PHP and MySQL and understand that this website will actually be quite straightforward. What I require is someone who will be able to code the site properly but more importantly can design the database so that it is most efficient at getting the results I require. The winning bidder must be excellent in the use of JQUERY and JQUERY for mobile as the site will use this. Reports generated form MySQL should be able to display graphs and charts to visualise the results for the survey owner. Silly bids will not be entertained. Examples of your work should be provided. I have decided to provide a mobile version as a web app for users to use the site on their phones however if you think an actual app may be better, feel free to provide details on your proposal.
