Hello. My name is Jani Jalkala. I am from Finland, but I have been living in China for 3 years now. I work for HK based software company, but I am in process of registering business here in China, and then outsource work from my current employer as well as find new customers. For past 10 years I have worked developing web based B2B sales software and ERP system, primarily for apparel industry. Technically I am expert in PHP and MySQL, and I would also use these technologies in your project. If accepted, I would to great deal employ the codes and databases that I have worked with before, which are already somewhat tested and proven to work. I have permission from my current employer to use these in my own commercial projects. For example you would get CRM tools to manage the suppliers information. However this sounds like a big project with some continuous maintenance required afterwards, so there would be some monthly cost also after completing the initial development. Also my quote is for what I can imagine the portal to be, but perhaps you have some wild ideas which are more costly. I'll gladly discuss your plan in more detail.
