Build a Portal and Android App

The project will consist of a web portal and an android app. Teachers will log into the portal and fill questions in a form. These questions will be delivered to students using the mobile app once instructor chooses to do so. Basically, the instructor is adding multiple choice questions to a question bank and students will have access to that question bank for as long as the instructor desires (24 hrs/1 week, etc) The design is open ended and you can suggest changes and fixes. Ideally used by tutors/coaching classes to give questions to students LIVE from the web portal and directly into students phones. students should be able to select answers from multiple choices on phone itself and results should be visible to instructor on summary page (all students and scores in list view) I will expect designs, Proof of concept (very basic), and consistent communication. Project bonus of upto 25% on successful completion of first round.
