Build a Donation Website

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1. Members signup in this site and choose a donation package within 15mins of joining the site, after making payment, they upload a proof and await a confirmation from pair. 2. Payment must be made within 24hours. Users who failed to make payment should be automatically blocked and participant rematched with a new pair. 3. Following confirmation of payment, the member is automatically matched with two participants who will pay 100% of the donation after 72 hours. 4. Time frame for matching after payment confirmation should be within 72hours to 14 days 5. There would be no need for referrals. Members don't have to look for referrals. 6. After completing a donation and withdrawal circle from the system, participants can easily choose any other donation package. 7. Mode of payment is bank deposit. 8. The matching system should be able to run automatically. It should have a robust admin back end where we can monitor users, block them and delete them. 9. At the back end admin should be able to assign how often we will be matched with other users to pay us. We should be able to confirm the payment so that these users can receive payment from other users.
