Branding, Usability and Styling Help for Web App and iOS App

I am a developer that has created a web app at [login to view URL] and also created a corresponding iOS app. [login to view URL] I need someone to help me with usability and branding/styling for both the web app and the iOS app. But the main focus is the iOS app, then later with the web app if necessary. If necessary, they need to proficient in creating graphics and creating CSS for use in my apps. I know this is a broad stroke of skills for my project, I'm willing to take ideas and proposals on how to best tackle this. The goal here of course is get more stylists interested in buying my apps!
