Backend Skin and added features

Hi there, I have a 'User/Area" for a mobile app and it looks very primitive and not user friendly. I need someone with great eye to details and extensive experience in graphic design with taste to produce quality work and make it looks better. There will be few tabs needed to be added such as setting, user profile. The job is mainly UI so buttons, input fields, image validation (resize+cropping), needs to be implemented and you may possibly required to do some coding. I need to see previous real work and you have to prove that you've worked on it. You need to critic, give ideas and implement solutions. Milestones will be created based on your quality of work.
