i have good knowledge about Arduino programming and have done number of projects using Arduino and GSM.I have done number of project using GSM with SMS alert send,SMS receive to control some action,GPRS to update the data on the server. And also have knowledge of communication method wireless like RF,bluetooth,Zigbee,WIFI.i will do your work easily and accurately as soon as possible.

I understand you're looking to create a wireless sensor network using bluetooth (note other options could also be used) to connect up to 3 Arduino (slaves) which will take readings from multiple sensors (type unknown) and transmit this data to a central controller (assume Arduino or equivalent) for local data storage. User Access (authorised?) to this data will be via an app . A daily download must be provided for (assume csv file will suffice for excel) and transmitted via wifi/bluetooth/GSM. The system will monitor sensors values against user defined thresholds which can be changed via an easy user interface. Alerts will be sent if sensors are outside threshold. I certainly can help you. I've extensive prototyping experience using Arduino (Mega/Una/Mini/ etc.), having worked on a number of projects, from a new wireless parking system involving multiple on-street parking stations (GSM based) through to development of hydroponic monitoring systems which included water pumps and sensors using Ethernet/WiFi to transmit sensor values etc. through to home automation and security systems which send out SMS alerts via internet web service/gsm module and included a local web server.
