Adobe Flash Editing (7929)

This project consists of modifying an existing Flash project as follows: 1. The current project has two "slides" that transition in a loop. We need to add a third slide. Existing slide background colors are green and red, please add a navy slide. The order should be red, navy, green. 2. Change the "NAPR" logo on the left to the logo that is included in attached file. The color of the logo should be the same as found in the file "[login to view URL]". We have also included an EPS if that works better. If the outline of the state of Florida does not fit within the dimensions of the banner and does not look good when resized to fit, the state of Florida can be removed from the logo. 3. Each of the three slides will have text that will be a hyperlink. The text and hyperlink should be editable via an external txt or xml file. Please include a pre-loader so that the external data is loaded before rendering. If you have any questions or need additional information, please let me know.
