Build a Website - Custom Edits to Website

I need a WordPress expert to work for me for about an hours worth of worth. Which entails some CSS issues, as well as adding some custom Widgets for video player and ad spaces. I have outlined everything in a document with visuals and am here to help the person with any questions. But like I said this is no more than 1 hours worth of work. Do not message or bid if you do not include the words wp expert in your message. Also do not bid if you have negative work history in the last 8 weeks, less than a 4.9 overall rating and less than a 90% completion rating. You can check my profile i am a premium employer, and this will lead to much more work. Also I am not looking at dealing with someone who is a "Project Manager" I only want to work directly with the developer. Also I prefer someone with at least 50 feedback. Looking to start right away, do not bid more then the price and do not bid more then 0 days. Will create the entire milestone, but will not release any money into full completion. All work must be done on my server.
