Calculator button icons - 2

I need a suite of buttons to use in a mobile project that incorporates a calculator. The style of buttons should have a 3d physical look and feel to them as though it resembled an calculator buttons. The button images required are AC: Cancel M+: Memory Add M-: Memory minus MR: Memory recall TAX: Tax button Payment: Presented as "PYMNT" Discount button : Presented as "DISC" Surchage button : Presented as "SUR" Print button : Use an icon of a printed Spool button : An icon that indicates that the output of the calculator will be printed. [0-9]: Standard numeric buttons [+,-,X,%, /, =, +/-] : Operation buttons plus, minue, multiply, percent, divide, equals, change sign. backspace button: Erases a single digit selected by the user ".": Decimal separator. Optional extra: A background plate of the calculator surface, this can be a matt black and/or silver surface. The background surface, if provided, must blend harmoniously with the button images and has to have a physical quality to it. Only bids referring to original work will be accepted.
